Protein is easier to answer: approx. 1 g of protein per 8 fluid oz. of Rice

Dream milk; 10 g for the same amount of EdenSoy, 8 g for SoyDreamOriginal,

6 g for SoyMoo Lite. It's on the cartons.

 

You would probably get it on the web for the brand you are using or wanting

to use for the added stuff like vitamins, minerals. They really do differ from

brand to brand - unlike the dairy stuff. You need to check each one, I'm afraid,

but generally speaking they should be fortified. Even fortified, rice milk will

be

lower in protein of course, if that's a consideration.
