Guest guest
> I wonder if anyone knows the difference in the nutritional value in soy milk > and rice milk. Protein is easier to answer: approx. 1 g of protein per 8 fluid oz. of Rice Dream milk; 10 g for the same amount of EdenSoy, 8 g for SoyDreamOriginal, 6 g for SoyMoo Lite. It's on the cartons. You would probably get it on the web for the brand you are using or wanting to use for the added stuff like vitamins, minerals. They really do differ from brand to brand - unlike the dairy stuff. You need to check each one, I'm afraid, but generally speaking they should be fortified. Even fortified, rice milk will be lower in protein of course, if that's a consideration. I googled on the general category of nondairy milk nutrients and found sites such as this one: http://www.swedish.org/16356.cfm Best, Pat ;=)
