Guest guest
I found this in the natural foods section of my grocery store. We have very high end stores around here who cater to the wealthy and healthy residents of my area. This stuff is made by Naturade. It is called Soy-Free Veg. It is a protein booster. It was relatively inexpensive and since I am elliminating all animal products and soy from my diet I was excited to find this. I just hope it is not too good to be true. It states the protein comes from Pea protein isolate, rice protein, potato protein hydrolysate, and Spirulina. It also has a fiber blens as well. It says it is even low carb. I mixed it with my flax seed oil, three carots, 2 apples, and orange and 1 banana. I am so full. I pused the veggies and fruits through the juicer. My stomach has been upset since i got sick the other day with some sort of cold/flu bug. I am starting to feel better but would love to take a nap in the middle of the day. Let me know what you think. This product uses no artificial flavors and actually tastes a bit like bananas. Although it claims to have no flavor at all. I had lost 7 pounds but was up one pound this morning but that is probably just fluids. Kirsten
