I am brand new to the vegetarian world. I am doing this for my

health. I have tried high protein and low carb diets and many fad

diets. I have done low calorie and have never lost more then 10

pounds. I am giving this a try since my MD and nutritionist stated

that animal protein could be aggravating my PCOS sysptoms. (Poly

Cystic Ovary Syndrome). I do need to loose weight and I would like

to know how to do this without compromising my health. I

desperately need to loose weight to keep the diabeties at bay. Both

parents and three of my grandparents had diabeties. Also my PCOS

attacks the pancreas as well and I want to hold off the disease as

long as possible.

 

I would like to hear about great recipies, nutritional information,

and how to keep the cravings at bay. I am addicted to chocolate.
