Hi,

 

My name is Annice, and I am a retired computer programmer, living in Israel.

I am not a vegetarian, but have always been interested in vegetarian

cooking, and eat veggie most of the time.

 

I'm always on the lookout for new healthy veggie and vegan recipe ideas,

though I must admit that I almost never follow a recipe exactly, which

sometimes makes it difficult to repeat successes.

 

I've never been fat, but was a plump child, and always feel that I need to

lose a few pounds to feel and look better. I got down to my goal a few

months ago, but then went on a 10-week vacation to Australia, New Zealand

and Bangkok, where I overindulged in goodies like dark chocolate and roasted

cashews, so now I need to get back on a slimming regimen.

 

I hope that I will be able to contribute to this group, and that it will

broaden my veggie cooking repetoire (but not my waistline).
