Guest guest Posted December 10, 2004 Report Share Posted December 10, 2004 There's been a High Fiber study done by the US Agricultural Research Service which shows that it may improve our health or deter poor health in more ways than we had originally thought. Me, I always figured whole grains etc. were good for the nutrients and the bowel (which of course they are) - and I had read that oats in particular were good and lowered cholesterol as well.
