Must post some of mine - but first i'll have to write it down as i'm cooking! Yes, do post some ;=) Original cooks are thin on the ground! As for writing it down as you cook, doesn't work too well - you end up stirring with a pen and writing with a spoon. LOL What I do is jot down the ingredients needed then put the measurements against them as they go in the pot - that way I can correct the measurements if I decide to add 'a little bit more' of something - and add in that spoonful of veg worcestershire sauce that I decide it needs at the last minute, or whatever. Then I have a working recipe either of us can use (we share the cooking) - and with luck one I can pass on to the list/s! Some recipes, of course, aren't worth writing down - too easy - like the 'fried' rice we had for lunch - full of chopped green beans, peas, grated carrot, celery, blah blah blah - more veggies than rice, and ain't that usually the way!
