Somehow it doesn't seem fair does it Kathleen. Yet, I can totally

relate. It's gotten so that I will prepare my vegetarian food the day

before, otherwise, I end up either eating garbage or just plain

hungry. I can also relate to the gall bladder/low fat situation. I

started having GB problems myself about 2 years ago and put myself on

a low fat diet. I ended up having my GB removed but stuck with the

low fat diet. I was told that even after GB surgery, there is a high

percentage of people who still do not handle fat well. It keeps me on

the straight and narrow diet-wise, so I just stuck with it. Hope that

you enjoyed your Chinese food...you deserved it.
