Interesting site was Hummus

Not knowing what hummus was I looked it up in google and ended up with a

fascinating site " foodnetwork.com " - see

followed by Hundred Year Egg and Hungarian Wax Chile in the index (though

the index gives different results depending on whether you move forwards or

backwards, which is a bit strange). Not strictly veg*n of course but might

be a useful source for odd bits of info.

 

The front page is http://www.foodnetwork.com/food - it used to have a nasty

picture associated with Thanksgiving but this seems to have disappeared a

few moments ago!
