my name is evamaria

i´m living in vienna - austria - europe

 

i´m am " vegan " (no fish, egg, milk,...)

no products using animals

ore animal-tested...

since almost 15 years,

or something like that

and also my family

husband and 2 kids

 

i remember that day

i made decision forever

it completly changed my/our lives

 

now i am in the process to become

rawfood-eater :-)

let me say ... at 50 % i am :-)

 

i love it

and i have great health (results)

 

and never, ever i will go back

to the old, i call - " bloddy-live " !

 

my hobbies:

thai chi, fire running, music, literature,

i play guitar " just 4 fun " :-) if i find time

i like to write

webdesign is one of my last ambitions

flamenco-music and dance

and now i start to learn " salsa " with my husband

:-)

 

and of course having a lot of friens around entire

world...

 

sharing ideas and fellowship

 

through my ambitions

a lot of my " old " friends become veg too

and i always organize

where to buy special things " togetzher "

so to save money and time

 

i prefer to eat seitan

and all kind of makrobiatic stuff

 

this was my " entry " to vegan living

it was " radikal " but helpful

 

with a great cleansing process

 

i also drink no alkohol

no coffee

no coke or something else

form this " industry-stuff "

killing peoüle´s life...

as i always say...

 

so i have to run :-)

 

hope you understand my poor " english " ...

 

...oh, by the way...

i am 53 years YOUNG ! :-)

Just to let you know, evamaria, that your English is just FINE! Thanks for

posting. I think we'd like to hear more about how veganism and rawfood has

improved your health.

 

And also I'd like to hear more about how your friends have learned to become

vegan through you - that's a wonderful accomplishment. Congratulations!
