Guest guest
Hello everyone, I am Mark, and I am new here. I have enjoyed reading recipes and reading and knowing about those that have posted. I don't know if this has been discussed here before, but I offer it as a suggestion. I am quite learned in how food affects the body and how and what foods to eat. Food magnetizes the body. It is difficult sometimes to start a new way of eating because the yearnings and cravings from the past diet still remain. This is magnetic processing in essence the more we eat of something the more of it we want, and the more of it our cells crave it.This programming is often difficult ot overcome. I have found that one of the easiest ways to change the magnetic programming is through fasting. I fast one cay a week to give my body a chance to rest from all the work of processing food. I have also found that a three day fast helps to rid the body of sufficient prior food programming and makes it easier to start the new diet or way of eating. A three day fast drinking plenty of water daily helps the body to flush poisons and toxins from past eating " follies " , and helps to give you a positive start and outlook. Sincerely MARK
Guest guest
Hi there Mark! Fancy seeing you here ;=) I don't recall whether we have discussed fasting in detail on this list - although it comes up on lists such as this one from time to time of course so I could be confused. I do know it comes up usually around holiday times - as in, no, no thanksgiving celebration for me cuz I always fast on that day. Many people swear by fasting , and I'd be interested in hearing what others have to say about their experiences. (Some people, of course, just cannot fast and should not try. But that's a whole different ballgame ;=) We all know who we are. For others, it seems, it works well.) It's good to have you here with your specialized interest in nutrition and how the body works. Hope you enjoy the list! Best, Pat ;=)
