I live at a very high altitude (Colorado), and my body requires larger amounts of EPA Omega-3 than flatlanders require. What is a good vegitarian source of the fatty acids and vitamin D that Cod Liver Oil provides so readily? I also do Udo's oil, and use olive and coconut oil to cook; these, however, are not sufficient to my purposes, or so says my health care provider.
