Hello! I'm posting my first time here, and am wanting to introduce

myself. I'm Jael, and after a lengthy process of elimination, I've

currently determined that my health issues (of which there are many)

most likely stem from my being too acid - and you cannot imagine how

many different ways I've tweeked my diet over the years from vegan to

Atkins, from Blood Type to Neanderthal, and currently I am looking at

grains as being my worst enemy (very acid causing) - especially

wheat. So, I'm exploring. At present, I'm thinking in terms of a

combination of vegitarian-blood type AB-metabolic type mixed

carb/protein. The bookkeeping on this is a full time job, as you may

imagine; and just having a vegitarian cookbook isn't enough, which is

why I'm wanting to communicate with others who are knowledgable about

diet. Once I hit the perfect balance, I should be good to go.
