Barleygreen used as a supplement for enzymes destroyed by cooking

I've picked up a lot of interesting info from these two sites, www.drday.com

and also www.hacres.com both of these people overcame cancer with a change

in their life style.

These are just two of the places I've found in reference to barleygreen. As

you may already know enzymes are predominately found in unprocessed foods as

in fresh fruit and vegetables. Cooking over a certain temperature destroys

enzymes, so as a supplement barley, possible second to wheat grass juice, is

very high in enzymes. I've used this product for a few years now and notice

a considerable change in my energy levels. Its worth looking into in my

opinion.
