Guest guest Posted October 18, 2004 Report Share Posted October 18, 2004 What is the difference between free range eggs and free run eggs? I am ovo/lacto so I do eat free run eggs. Is one better than the other? There is a small farmers market close by that has chickens and roosters running all around, even inside, so I asked them where they get their free run eggs from. She pointed down at a chicken eating some kind of grain by my feet and said, " You're looking at them! " She said that every so often when the school kids come in for a tour, she gives them all baskets and has them " find eggs " . I know that maybe I'm just trying to justify eating eggs :0) .
