Cereals going whole grain - but how about the sugar?

For those that like to buy their breakfast this way . . .

 

In case you haven't seen this. From SoFlaVegans (with whom, btw, I am not

affiliated except as a grateful member. I am also not affiliated with General

Mills in any way whatsoever, since I do not buy breakfast cereals as such.

Okay, bulk rolled oats for cooking and the occasional morning porridge LOL)

well that sounds good , im glad about this cause sooo many kids eat this , and

as for sugar , honey is better , i prefer hodgson mills food myself
