Jay 2) How old are you (roughly)? 49 3) Where do you live (what country - what town, city or region)? Central Florida, USA 4) How long have you been a vegetarian/vegan, or how long have you been interested in cooking vegetarian food? I have been a vegetarian since 1968. 5) What is your favourite (vegetarian) food or meal? pasta of any kind. 6) Why did you join the group? I have historically had a difficult time holding my weight down over the years, even with a vegetarian diet. I could use some insight from other vegetarians on how to put meals together, portions, etc. to help me with that. 7) Is there anything specific you want to get out of the group? New ideas on different meals. After so many years, I'm sort of in a rut as far as meal planning. 8) Tell us a few of your favourite things. If you mean favorite things in food .. . . italian, mexican, tai, any kind of fruit. If you mean favorite things in general . . . sketching, wildlife photography, yardwork, beading, marathoning, archaeology. 9) Do you know of any internet sites or other groups which maybe relevant to members? 10) Is there anything else you'd like to share with the group?
