stuffing question

Hello All!

Since Canada's Thanksgiving is just around the corner, I have

decided to make one of the many versions out there of a

stuffed " turkey-like " tofu and I would just like a little imput on

how you all prepare your stuffing. I have found that it seems

everyone has their own preference to how the stuffing should be

prepared and I have my own favorite also, but I've decided to go with

what this family considers " traditional " : bread, broth, onions,

celery, and poultry seasoning. My question is that so many recipes

will say to use bread crumbs, where others will say to cube the

bread, and still others say to tear it into small pieces. What do you

all find works best for you?

Thanks!

Stef

I think bread works better than breadcrumbs.
