No no no LOL Not too much of a perfectionist! Chicken stock in my soup or stew? Good grief - I'd be very upset. As for the oil - oh dear. Well, that's why I don't trust some restaurants . . . ;=( I don't think it's too much for a veggie to ask that others who are *not* vegetarian respect their vegetarianism. Stuff shouldn't be 'snuck' into our food! It doesn't offend non-veggies' principles if they have to have a meatless soup or gravy, but it does offend ours if there is meat in what we eat. Right?
