Dear Pat,

 

Just wanted to say "bye" for a couple of weeks. I'm fortunate enough to be traveling to Berkeley (CA) to do some advanced bodywork training in headache healing. The days will be long -- and any free time will be spent exploring the Bay area, so I'll be setting my subscription to web mail only.

 

So, this isn't a commercial message <vbg>, but if anyone needs any tips on helping to stop headaches in their tracks when I return, I'll be happy to share!

Oh you lucky dog! Wonderful place, Berkeley! Great restaurants too!! And very

veggie friendly ;=) If you do have a moment or two to spare, please take note

of any great places so that when members go there we can advise of nice

venues for veggies - only if you have time - or have a good memory LOL

Free samples???? Oh yeahhhhhh. We're definitely into those! ;=) You won't

just be thanked if you can give tips like that, you will likely be canonized!

 

Have a great trip - work hard but not too hard to continue to enjoy - and check
