Hello

 

I am new to this list, and wanting to learn more about the vegetarian

eating/lifestyle. I currently am not one. I realize I need to eat

healthier, get away from processed junk foods, and not rely on meat as

much as my main part of my diet.

 

My only concern is that I exercise lifting weights. I have read that a

vegatarian diet is not conducive to this.

 

I look forward to learning about this style of eating :)
