Guest guest Posted August 21, 2004 Report Share Posted August 21, 2004 Hello I am new to this list, and wanting to learn more about the vegetarian eating/lifestyle. I currently am not one. I realize I need to eat healthier, get away from processed junk foods, and not rely on meat as much as my main part of my diet. My only concern is that I exercise lifting weights.
