Guest guest Posted August 16, 2004 Report Share Posted August 16, 2004 Hi everyone I read something about sprouts of certain types having some kind of toxic chemical, it was in a sample issue of one of Dr Weil's newsletters, but I gave it to my mother before I read it all the way through and she lost it. Does anyone know what sprouts were affected? I think they were any legume sprouts? They just produce it naturally and cooking kills the toxic stuff? I guess I should've made a copy before loaning it to anyone. I was wanting to order some sprouts but ...
