Guest guest Posted August 4, 2004 Report Share Posted August 4, 2004 Hi - I just thought I'd introduce myself, briefly, as I am new. I've joined because I'd like to lose some weight. I'n not a strict vegetarian - but I prefer to eat a larely plant based & planet friendly diet. I am a regular excerciser - but for the most part I just stay the same shape, size, weight & bodyfat %. 12 months of triathlon training & 4 months of weights at the gym, plus 2 months of daily yoga sees me still 68kg & 33% bodyfat at 160cm.
