Hi my name is Julie. I am 34 and have been interested in going

vegitarian for some time now. I am a special case though. LOL I am

22 months post weight loss surgery, I have lost 125lbs and would

like to maintain my weight with a healthy lifestyle as I do now but

minus the meat. Meats seem to give me problems with digestion. So I

have considered this for some time now. Do you have any suggestions

of how I can go without the meat and still be able to ge in enough

protien to be able to maintain my health? Any suggestions on how I

can " get started " would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch....
