Guest guest Posted July 27, 2004 Report Share Posted July 27, 2004 We have this every morning: 1/2 cup yogurt (plain, non-fat) 3/4 cup Eden Soy/Rice Blend 1/2 banana 1/2 of another complimentary fruit (my favorite is peaches) 2 table spoons of Oat Bran Blend and enjoy! We usually have that was a small bowl of Spoon Sized Shredded Wheat, not the sweetened one, but the "no extra ingredient" one. Very yummy way to start the day!
