Perhaps you misunderstand - I was not placing restrictions on discussion of

the Atkins Diet - I just wasn't wanting to be responsible for raking up an old

argument unnecessarily *lol* But if people want to discuss it, they of course

may - as long as they respect that *vegetarians* aren't keen on hearing about

the wonderful attributes of eating animal flesh, and as long as everyone is

polite to each other. The first is obvious - and the second should be easy on

such a lovely list as this one ;=)

 

So welcome to the list, Lizzie O! It's nice that you were able to accept my

invitation. Tell us a little about yourself when you have time and, in the

meantime, check out our Files, Links, Polls (oh yes, the Polls - one is closing

soon!), *and* when you catch your breath jump right into all this chat. The

more the merrier!
