Guest guest Posted June 6, 2004 Report Share Posted June 6, 2004 Hi, I got flaxseed which I plan to eat 1/4 tsp with breakfast. I have hypoglycemia and I heard that flaxseed is high in protien. Can i just eat it raw or with cereal or do I need to grind it? Also do I need to refrigerate flaxseed or freeze it. Thanks.
