Guest guest
I've just posted Ranvaig's carrot soup recipe to the files ;=) And it occurs to me that it is customary to click the box provided to notify members that a file has been added to the Files section - and I do that. However, it occurs to me that you should also be able to figure out that I have done that within a few days of getting the recipe. But of course, the author of the recipe can check and post it himself or herself, if I've overlooked it or fallen asleep, so . . . So what do you prefer? I know on other lists a high volume of posts can cause difficulties for some people and if there are a lot of recipes - and some lists do have a lot of recipes as well as food and related chat - there will be a lot of file notices. And that means a fuller mailbox for everyone. I don't think this list is generally busy enough to worry about that, but ya never know ;=) Anyway, drop me a line and let me know what you think . . . Best, Pat ;=)
