Guest guest
Okay, 'curry' kinda stands for a lot of flavours - and every time it is a little different depending on what mix of spices the chef/cook has used. You might have, in addition to the usual onions, garlic, basil or coriander leaves, ginger or lemon grass etc., coriander seeds, cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, cloves, fennel, fenugreek, mustard seeds, cardamom, and a whole bunch of others ;=) And, oh yes, chillies or cayenne - all flavouring whatever mix of vegetables you are ordering. The only way to experience it is to go and order something ;=) If you don't like things too hot and spicy, then make sure to choose one that is 'mild' rather than 'hot'. And have a wonderful time with it all - if you've never eaten a curry, then you are in for a treat!!! Let us know how it goes? Best, Pat ;=) >> I know I must be the only one in the world that has not had curry before but can someone tell me what favor it has. We just got a new Indian restaurant in town and I would love to try in but I have know idea if I would like curry.
