This evening, just because it's easy, I'm going to try the Plantain chips. I do this with sweet potato all the time and my husband and I love it as a snack before dinner. I wonder if they would be good with a curry dip? I make mine with just curry powder and non-fat sour cream and the hubbys with mayo and curry powder. I'll let you know what we think. Thanks!
