Guest guest
I'm such a chickpea head...I have to tell myself " now you had those yesterday give yourself some variety " . I have a hummus recipe that calls for navy beans instead of chickpeas. If I find it, I'll post to the group. However, I don't know how well navy beans would sub for chickpeas in most other dishes..since they're harder and have more texture than navy beans. Pat, nice to have you back!! I hope you will fall completely in love with your new city. I've heard Montreal is just beautiful. karen
