Sorry everyone, but I've been rather out of touch for the last week and

a bit :=( My dh and I are in the midst of selling one condo, buying

another and moving from London, Ontario, to Montreal (anyone here know

Montreal?) in another month and a half with our two beagles and our cat

;=) Amazing how much time this takes up!!!

Anyway, hope you're all doing well and keeping healthy and happy. I'll

pay more attention to the list now that the hubub has quietened down a

little. Huge thanks to our co-moderator Paula for diving in and looking

after things all by herself while I was tramping around in minus 20

celcius chill around Montreal looking at condos. Sooooooooo self

indulgent of me, eh?!

More later. Gotta make some bread this morning - we seem to have none in

the freezer at all :=( I think a loaf of whole wheat walnut bread and

one each of two quickbreads I found in _The Garden of Vegan_ (one Boston

Brown bread, one Oat bread or whatever they call it - I've only made

that one a couple of times). Love home made bread - murder on the

waistline, though!!!

Best love,

Pat ;=)
