Guest guest Posted February 14, 2004 Report Share Posted February 14, 2004 Hi Debbie, I found that a little brown sugar, a little cinnamon and a little cocoa power definitely improve the taste of soy milk, but I prefer " tofu milk " (which does not produce gas...) and is easy to make - just mix in a blender a one-inch square of tofu with one cup of water and " spices " .
