I enjoy soy milk, but never liked cows milk. Sometimes I buy the Silk chocolate. I use Silk Soy in my coffee as a creamer. Try adding 1/2 cup of chocolate soy milk, heated, to 1/2 cup of hot coffee. Delicious!

I don't feel deprived at all. This morning I diced some firm tufu, and fried it with onions, and topped with soy cheese, put it in the microwave to melt the cheese. I enjoyed it as if I were eating an omelet. There are more possibilities with tofu and soy than I had realized. I'm enjoying being a vegetarian, and feel healthier.
