Guest guest
Hi, I am new to the group… and here are some answers for the questionnaire: My name is Leslie, I am 46. I live in Maine, and have joined this group looking for support, ideas, recipes, etc. I primarily am interested in helping my husband become healthier, and me too in the process! He had a stomach stapling surgery many years ago and has had MANY complications through the years which resulted in eating only a few easily digested foods. I came into his life (a chef) and was quite taken aback. What he has been amazed to find is that the more “living” foods he eats, the more there is relief from gastric issues. We both hope to drop some pounds along this journey! Thanks for listening.
