vegan chilli......

hi linda

this is my favourite recipe forchilli which i make every week and satisfies even meat eaters;

medium onion

garlic

2 tins red kidney beans

1 tin chopped tomatoes

tomato puree

2 fresh tomatoes

4oz dry soya

chopped peppers(to personal taste)

chilli powder

saute onion till see through......add water and all other ingredients......leave to simmer for 30-40 minutes......cook rice alongside and serve with fresh salad
