Especially after a grueling holiday season of eating my way through December, I hope this list can help me get back to my svelte physique as it was a few years back P-) Although my groups are centered in sunny South Florida, there is tons of information that can be utilized worldwide. I can highly recommend SoFlaVegs - a group I can't do without - I actually go into withdrawal if I go off it or on NoMail for a while *lol* (Once again, folks, you can find it at: SoFlaVegans/ but Fidyl runs other great groups too, I understand ;=)) Hope you enjoy Vegetarian Slimming - we've been a bit quiet over the holidays ;=) but will probably pick up now.
