Guest guest Posted December 13, 2003 Report Share Posted December 13, 2003 Hello All, I wanted to post and introduce myself. I'm a vegetarian working on 1. Becoming vegan 2. Eating healthy. I live in the south, but not Atlanta, so that makes the vegan life challenging to say the least. My husband just finished a 3 year weight loss journey in which he lost 150 pounds, much of it by eating far less meat than he used to. No, he isn't vegetarian, but our kitchen is and he only eats out once or twice a week, so he's pretty close. Anyway, in answer to a post about essentials in the freezer etc. I absolutely would need brussels sprouts, my homemade whole wheat bread and peanut butter.
