Guest guest
Yves is about the only brand name I can get near where we are (we live in 'downtown' London, Ontario.) Toffuti brand for 'cheese' too. As it happens, we don't bother any more with the prepared veggie 'meats' - figuring why contribute to the idea of Me*at And Two Veg by buying as if we were actually *missing* eating the meat, although we do buy tofu, tempeh and unflavoured tvp. And doesn't *that* sound completely illogical!!! *lol* Maybe we just don't like the taste. I don't know about Hamilton being life in the fast lane, but yes London is a nice quiet city ;=) I guess it all depends what you are looking for, doesn't it. Anyway, we have a couple of restaurants 'trained' not to offer us their meaty specials - and sometimes places really do understand about vegan diets too, even if they don't have much except rabbit food on offer. We're working at educating them but it's a losing proposition.
