Hi Mid

I love Tabouli, too...in the warmer months. I also

love to cook and paint myself. I like to write letters

to the editor and this year I got four letters in the

paper.

A couple of thoughts...there are so many cities that

are " veg friendly " or at least will tolerate

you...ever think of moving? It would seem to me a

pity to spend too much of your life in a city where

it's hard to be who you are.

I am amazed that in some areas of the country it's not

respected. I can't imagine. Vegetarianism really

isn't that big a deal at all... it's not that exotic

as many like to make it out to be.
