Three different types of squashes - custard, acorn and a mini pumpkin i think! They're fresh from my parents' allotment so organic and very tasty! Also, carrot and potato. Anyway, they're all boiling in veg stock, tabasco sauce, garam masala, cumin, turmeric, and madras curry powder, with a bit of miso and nutritional yeast flakes. Very good for B12 i think! It smells delicious and i'm gonna put a few broccoli sprigs and green beans in for the last 10 mins. Thinking about adding some beans for protein - cannelini perhaps. I wonder if TVP would be nice instead? Or some sliced vegan hotdogs to give it a smoky flavour. mmmmm. I like to mix my ingredients as you can tell!!! Anyway, hope everyone is well. Going to try to post some recipes as i try them as i've got some lovely vegan recipe books just waiting to be cooked from! Jon, are you still on the list? Still vegan?
