Guest guest Posted September 14, 2003 Report Share Posted September 14, 2003 i to need to diet for health reasons but have had to add in the dreaded swimming variaty of protien...it works very well and i was told eventually i would be able to add in beans...doing this completly veg just doesnt work... we had a cousin who had tricgycerides in 1,000 dr said he should be in coffin he now is in normal zone evreything is fantastic and he lost 100 lbs in 6 months... he eats unlimited protien ...but actual me** or fis*...unlimited veggies except potatoes,corn peas...then he can have brown rice unlimited as well and unlimited oil.. no pasta no white rice or beans or tofu ect he has fruit 1 hour after or before he eats needs to digest alone in stomach...after 4 months he lost 75 pounds!do to stomach problems he eats NOTHING dried , canned or processed ONLY FRESH! but mil tried an dhas used canned and she lost 30 lbs and her choleserial is great!~ went down...sooooo i am trying this but only adding tun*...he told me eventually he will be able to add beans..so will do that to get blood back to normal and cross my fingers lose som,e weight then i will go back completly veg...no bread on this diet at all to:( eggs are good in fact dr said MUST eat... a small amount of cheese but only white kind..no milk or dairy of any kind other than cheese.
