Welcome Tracey. Its good to have you here.

I can sympathise with you about all that moaning people do about protein. I believe, and there is evidence to prove this, that vegetarians and vegans both get more than enough protein from their diet. There is protein in everything from milk and soya milk to vegetables and even pasta. Its kind of an urban myth that veggies don't get enough protein. So no need to worry about that. As long as you eat a varied diet you should get all the nutrients you need to stay healthy and happy!
