Dallas area, Texas4) How long have you been a vegetarian/vegan, or how long have you been ionterested in cooking vegetarian food? Been interested for a very long time, I have never fully made the switch but I am about to embark on a serious effort to lose my excess weight and plan to do so with a low-fat vegetarian (or mostly veg) diet5) What is your favourite food or meal? potatoes!6) Why did you join the group? to get weight loss support without being badgered about getting enough protein because I don't eat meat! :)7) Is there anything specific you want to get out of the group? veg low-fat recipes!8) Tell us a few of your favourite things. um, could you be more specific?
