I'm in the UK, Wales to be precise. Think i'm about 4 or 5 hours ahead of

the US. Its pretty miserable weather here at the moment though. Raining on

and off but not too cold.

I've been so busy recently i feel like i've been neglecting the group

but i have bought loads of vegan recipe books which are great for low

fat food, and now that i have a bit more time i can get on with typing them

up!
