I don't use a slow cooker so not sure if i have any recipes but if i think of anything i'll post it. As for George forman grills, i don't have one but i think a selection of veggies (courgettes, aubergine, peppers, mushrooms etc) drizzled in a balsamic or citrus marinade would go down very well. But i expect that you've tried that already. I'll see if i can think of anything Hope everyone is looking forward to a relaxing weekend! I have some time off this afternoon (hence being on the pc) and i'm off out tonight for a leaving do so i'm gonna have a funky evening. Just trying to decide what to cook before i go out later. Hmm. Recently i ate out and had a really delicious meal. It was called a veggie tower and it was potato rosti, roasted skinless red pepper, roasted aubergine and courgette, all piled up into a stack and drizzled with a balsamic sauce. It was so good i'm thinking of recreating it myself this evening. But i'll probably use spray oil rather than the liberal drizzling of olive oil they gave it! Has anyone else got plans for cooking something nice this weekend?
