Choose whole or unrefined grains products instead of refined, or use fortified or enriched cereal products. Eat a variety of fruits and vegetables, including a good food source of vitamin C. Use low-fat or nonfat milk and dairy products. Limit egg yolks to three to four per week. Have a reliable source of vitamin B 12 if you're a vegan. These include fortified commercial breakfast cereals, a fortified soy beverage, or a vitamin B12 supplement each day. Vitamin D supplements may be necessary if exposure to sunlight is limited. If you truly love Nature, you will find beauty everywhere. - Vincent Van GoghPost your free ad now!
