Philadelphia,PA USA4) How long have you been a vegetarian/vegan, or how long have you been ionterested in cooking vegetarian food? I have been switching (slowly I might add) to vegan eating for about 6 months for health reasons5) What is your favourite food or meal? If its a carbohydrate then its my favorite haha6) Why did you join the group? I was going to join weightwatchers for losing weight (about 10 lbs to lose) and recipe ideas when this came in my email. I decided to give it a try. 7) Is there anything specific you want to get out of the group? Recipe ideas/ Cooking tips. I am struggling with how to cook vegan when I have always used meat to help season food. My family still eats meat. Cooking is a big issue in the house. I have to cook twice.8) Tell us a few of your favourite things. Camping, almost all crafts and artistic endeavors, being outside, SPRING!! (much needed in this part of the country right now haha) coffee and did I mention carbohydrates? ;o)9) Do you know of any internet sites or other groups which maybe relevant to members? Only vegweb.com but I think thats a staple site? I would love if anyone could share links.10) Is there anything else you'd like to share with the group?
