It talked about how somepeople who are sleep deprived over eat in an attempt to make more energy so they will continue to still function. It kind of hit home for me because as a student i do not get enough sleep, like most of the population doesn't. It was kind of funny because the next night i was up rediculously late and found myself going to the fridge again and again as it got later. I'm not sure how to combat this late night snacking, but i guess realising that it happens is a good first step. any advice would be very welcome. thanks Laura P.S. i apologize for any grammatical errors i make.
