Guest guest
I'm sorry, I'm really *not* trying to be argumentative, honestly. I just don't think a recipe with fat and sugar in it belongs on a weight loss list. Of course, that is only my opinion, and shouldn't be that important to anyone. It's really not important, and is just an observation. Guest guest
Alot of the recipes in the files (which are small but growing) have nutritional info which could help you in choosing which ones to use, and most of them you can guess by the title anyway. Its just that the majority of people here (i think) are on a low fat diet rather than fat free so the recipes are varied. I hope that you will find some recipes that you would like to cook. I'm sure more fatfree recipes will be posted in future. Laura > " East Mts. Music LLC " <eastmountainsmusic >I'm sorry, I'm really *not* trying to be >argumentative, honestly.
