Guest guest
Eric, welcome to the group you asked about vegan chef schools in your questionnaire. I hadn't heard of any before, but purely by coincidence, when googling something else i came across this. University of Natural Medicine Chef Albert Chase of the Institute for Culinary Awakening! GOURMET HEALTH-FULL CUISINE This 3 day workshop will take you on a deeper exploration of the many benefits of implementing organic, plant-based cuisine into one's lifestyle and culinary arena. Work hands-on in the kitchen with Chef Al as you travel on a Culinary Adventure and create Gourmet Vegan Cuisine! http://www.universitynaturalmedicine.org/Culinary.html I don't know if this particular course is any good for you, but i think if i found one, there's bound to be others. I'd quite like to do that myself, but i live in the UK and have only just finished my uni course to be an Occupational Therapist. Hope this is useful to you.
